There are many outstanding leadership development programs. Few, however, focus on "the whole person" to include both personal and professional performance and wellness. Our program includes robust assessments of health, fitness, fueling, personality, behavior, and personal and professional practices that contribute to sustainable leadership performance. Certain practices help us be more “in the moment” as leaders and meet our intention to take care of ourselves and those for whom we're responsible. Specifically, practices that help us stay:

  • Fueled - optimally fuel ourselves at work or home when we don’t control the menu or the venue. Fueled leaders learn how to optimize the body’s energy throughout the day and know how to efficiently and effectively plan to stay at their best.

  • Fit - effectively maintain our levels of fitness with limited time, "meeting madness" and the many demands of work and life. Fit leaders learn simple practices that improve physical and mental flexibility and strength at work, on the road and at home.

  • Centered – ways to begin, work through, and end each day in balance with appropriate energy, focus and personal centeredness. Centered leaders learn portable techniques to generate and release energy, build concentration, and manage their response to stress. 

  • P&W Integrated Leadership - leverages personality, performance, and 360 degree assessments for in-depth individual self-knowlege to leverage strengths, manage risks, and shape the environment through motives and values. P&W Integrated leaders learn about themselves and how to positively influence the world around them, professionally and personally.

These practices have evolved over years of being, supporting, and coaching leaders in organizations small and large. Informed by decades of senior executive experience and our formal training in yoga, martial arts, fitness, nutrition, and personality research.

The Program

Performance & Wellness - Integrated Leading is a custom-tailored leadership experience for executives and leaders seeking techniques and practices to improve their personal and professional leadership and balance. P&WI Leading is not a class or large group session - it is an immersive, individual or small cohort experience involving a deep assessment of strengths, weaknesses, motives, and values across personal and professional domains. Participants complete self-assessments of health, fitness, and personality as part of a unique, integrated development experience that addresses the whole person. As a leadership program, participants learn valuable lessons for themselves in improving personal and professional effectiveness and efficiency by integrating practices of mind, body, and spirit. 

P&WI Leading begins with pre-onsite assessments followed by a custom-tailored leadership and life intensive experience. Participants receive weekly coaching for six weeks and bi-weekly for up to sixteen weeks. Participants complete self-assessments of health, fueling, fitness, and personality and an optional leadership 360° as part of a unique, integrated development experience that addresses the whole person.
